Each machine that your business runs the Auction Manager on will need to have a
registered license. Each license ensures you the full support that Bowder
offers for the application. Once you purchase the license and are given a
Registration Key, you will have full, unlimited access
to every feature of the application.
Support
Bowder understands that our clients need to feel secure while using our
product. Part of this security is knowing that we are readily available
for any questions or concerns you may have. We support our software with
both email and phone. Your business will have unlimited email access to
us. We guarantee 24 hour response to all our emails. You can also
call us directly with any questions you may have. However, your business
will be limited to 3 phone calls. This excludes phone calls based on
abnormal operation of the application.
On-Site Setup and Training
Bowder will also come to your place of business and setup your computers with
the software, train you and your employees and stay for your first auction using
the Auction Manager. Prices for this service will be determined on a case
by case basis, determined by your location, number of licenses purchased, and number of employees.
Referral Award Program
This is an incentive for each of our clients to help us branch out. We will send you or your business $25
for every client, which you recommend to us, that purchases the Auction Manager. There is no limit to the number of
clients you can recommend to us. i.e. You recommend us to 10 potential clients and each of them purchase the Auction Manager,
then we will send you a check for $250.
